4. Business Model and Vendor Responsibility

At Samagra, we operate as a marketplace platform, connecting customers with verified vendors offering authentic and handmade products.
We do not purchase or hold stock ourselves — instead, we facilitate the sale of goods between customers and our partnered vendors.

All products listed on our platform are sold and delivered directly by the respective vendors. Once an order is placed through the Samagra website, the vendor is solely responsible for the packaging, dispatch, and delivery of the product to the customer.

Samagra’s role is to provide a secure and seamless shopping experience by managing the ordering process, payment transactions, and customer support.
We ensure that all our vendors follow our quality and service guidelines to maintain customer satisfaction and trust.

5. Data Security

Users may also request erasure (‘right to be forgotten’) subject to legal retention requirements.
We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. We use encryption, firewalls, and other security technologies to safeguard your data. However, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You have certain rights regarding your personal information, including:

  • Access and Correction: You can review and update your account information at any time by logging into your account settings.
  • Marketing Communications: You can opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in those emails.
  • Cookies: Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. You can adjust your browser settings to reject cookies, but this may affect the functionality of our Service.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.

8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
